Especially the pipeline of the straight line edging machine is easy to be blocked by the bristles, and it is not easy to be noticed after blocking, which will cause the coldness and insufficient influence on the edging quality.

4. The non-comparative transmission used by the edging machine must be in the open state when adjusting the speed, otherwise it is easy to damage the continuously variable transmission of the edging machine.

1. When water leakage, electricity leakage or oil leakage is found, stop the machine for inspection and take measures, pay attention to the working conditions of various instruments and meters, and whether there is any abnormal sound in each part.

2. We have to clean the equipment regularly to clean out the sundries that are not related to production. I suggest once a day.

3. We also need to regularly apply grease to the chains, gears and screw rods, I suggest once a month.

4. We also need to replace the circulating water regularly to prevent the glass powder from clogging the water pump and the water pipe. We replace it every 15 days.
